Days Inn by Wyndham Childress

Rooms have very bright ceiling lights and minimal furniture. The upholstered chair was worn and kinda nasty looking but the bathroom and floors looked clean and the room smelled nice. The breakfast was disappointing. No protein choices and the food they had was very unhealthy. Fake butter, fake syrup, high sugar yogurt. On the positive side, the staff is very nice.

The 4 stars is based on understanding the hotel options in the area are limited and 2 star rated. No frills hotel. Front desk person was friendly and gave a good food recommendation. Room was very clean which was important. Some issues would be paper thin walls and the bed could have been more comfortable. Not bad though. Overall the hotel is a good spot if you need an overnight stay traveling through the area. It’s no means luxury and it’s not trying to be.

We've stayed at this location several times. The rooms are modern and super clean. Staff is always friendly and helpful. The only downside is the walls are paper thin so be prepared to hear everything in the adjoining rooms. We would also like to see an expanded breakfast menu - maybe some eggs, sausage or bacon??

Great service, a good standard breakfast, and very comfortable rooms. The only downside is that second-floor rooms are accessible only by stairs, as there are no elevators or ramps.

I stopped at the Days Inn by Wyndham in Childress after a long day of travel, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The lady at the front desk was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making check-in quick and easy. They had a room available right away, which was such a relief for an exhausted traveler like me. The room itself was spotless, and the bed along with the pillows were exactly what I needed for a restful night’s sleep. Everything felt fresh and comfortable, and I woke up feeling recharged for the next leg of my trip. Overall, this hotel was a great choice, and I truly appreciated the warm hospitality and clean, comfortable accommodations. I’ll definitely stay here again if I’m passing through Childress.

Nice place for an overnight. They remodeled the hotel and we really liked what they've done. Everything about the Days Inn is to be considered. We've stayed at the Days Inn 4 or 5 times and always got a room on the first floor except this last time. We never knew it didn't have an elevator until we were given a 2nd floor room. It's no fun climbing a flight of stairs with bags. In the future, I'll make sure we're on the first floor when we make a reservation. It'll be the only way I'll stay there. Nice place though.

I have to say this was the best motel that I’ve stayed at in years. I can’t think of anything bad to say about it. The hot tub was amazing. The rooms were nice and clean with soft beds. The location was perfect and the overnight lady . Christine was so nice and so accommodating the breakfast was great. I have to come this way a lot the next few months and I think I wanna stay there every time. It was a great day.

This is a very nice, clean, and comfortable place to stay. Pool, hot tub, exercise equipment, breakfast, comfy bed, spotless bathroom ( we got a room for the handicapped - didn't need it, but so nice to see it so well appointed.) Reasonably priced.
